A credo. A mission. A goal.

A constant reminder that when we, as individuals, think outside ourselves, we have the power to facilitate change. When we think of others' lives as linked to our own, our compassion grows. When we reach out a hand to one, we influence the condition of all. We build the strength of our neighborhoods. We bolster the health of our communities. And we change the lives of those who walk by us every day. More, it is a command. TO GIVE. TO ADVOCATE. TO VOLUNTEER. Because united, we stand. United, we move through. Above. And beyond.

United, we can change what we see in our world.

With these words, the course of a misunderstood, sometimes maligned, 125 year-old charitable organization was changed forever. In creating the LIVE UNITED campaign for United Way of America, we started a fire. We united over 1800 independent and self-governing regional chapters under one rallying cry for the first time in their history.

It is a phenomenon that has now gone global.  User-generated LIVE UNITED content now totals over 14MM impressions on Youtube alone. Social and digital creates hundreds of millions of hits each year.

LIVE UNITED continues to revolutionize the way the organization works. 

Better still, it changes people's lives every day.
